At the law firm of WOLF AND BROWN L.L.C., we are not Workers' Compensation lawyers, but we assist injured workers who are eligible for Social Security Disability (and Medicare) benefits in addition to Workers' Comp or New Jersey State Disability.

Philip Wolf and Michael J. Brown practice exclusively in Social Security Disability law, with combined experience of 40 years in this field. We represent injured workers in Mercerville, Trenton, Cherry Hill, Camden, Atlantic City, Haddonfield, Toms River, Mt. Holly, Vineland and all counties of Southern and Central Jersey, including Cape May, Camden, Mercer, Burlington, Cumberland, Sale, Ocean, Atlantic and Gloucester.

Workers' Comp-related Social Security Claims
In New Jersey, employees injured in workplace accidents or who develop on-the-job injuries receive temporary disability benefits through the state Workers' Compensation system. If the injury is permanent, the employee may be eligible for permanent partial award or permanent total disability payments.

You may be eligible for additional benefits through Social Security Disability. The Social Security / Workers' Compensation attorneys of WOLF AND BROWN L.L.C. will assist you in determining whether you qualify for added benefits and will handle your SSDI claim from start to finish. If you are approved for Social Security Disability Benefits, you also become eligible for Medicare health care coverage.

State Disability-related Social Security Claims
New Jersey workers who become disabled due to injury or illness that is not work-related are eligible for New Jersey Temporary Disability benefits (also called State Disability) if they do not have long-term disability insurance through ERISA (private insurance).

As with Workers' Comp, you may be entitled to receive Social Security Disability in addition to State Disability, which includes the added benefit of Medicare coverage. Also, State Disability lasts only 26 weeks (6 months). We assist clients in filing for Social Security Disability benefits while you are receiving State Disability, or when your State Disability eligibility is set to expire.

Get the Maximum Benefits Available to You
Workers' Comp and State Disability replace only a portion of your regular pay. Contact WOLF AND BROWN L.L.C. today to determine whether you are entitled to additional pay and Medicare benefits. We offer free consultations and you pay no attorney's fees unless we obtain approval for your Social Security Disability benefits.
